What is a one call repair? These are non emergency repairs and can be very small jobs i.e. just a dripping tap or a larger job, for instance, a broken W/C or a cracked shower tray. Remember, a non emergency job can often escalate into a major repair or an emergency, please contact us before this happens to you – prevention is always more cost effective than cure .

How to book a job today

Simply ring us on 01842 861155 and our staff will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have. They will also inform you of the days our technicians are in your area.

When you book a job:

Do your very best to give the office staff as much information regarding the job as possible as it may enable us to arrive with the appropriate parts or materials therefore saving time and money. When our technician arrives the first thing he will do is give you an indication of how long the job may take and also the overall cost. Should at this stage you wish not to proceed or you require a written quotation, simply tell our technician and he’ll carry on to his next appointment. This will cost you nothing! And you will receive your quotation either by email or by post within a few days.
